Responsibilities
You will be responsible for facing the complex issues faced by the research field and promoting all kinds of development with the services provided by us "LabBase".
Engineers are not limited to a specific technology but are required to tackle issues by making full use of the most appropriate technology.
- Building systems from a single service and platform perspective
- Understand the characteristics of the business and write code
- Quickly create products from hypotheses and drive PoC
- Make reasonable design proposals based on the project situation, and make decisions from a technical viewpoint, considering scalability
- Proposals and promotion of proactive improvement of technical debt
Responsibilities vary depending on your experience from Member to Staff engineer
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Computer science master's or doctor's degree
- Experience with value validation and quick release of products
- Experience in all aspects of development, testing, and release
- Experience with public cloud services such as AWS and GCP
- Great Japanese skills to communicate with Japanese teams(approximately N2 or above)
Desired Qualifications
- Development experience using Rust, C/C++, GO, TypeScript, React
- Experience in building platforms consisting of multiple services
- Experience in understanding the latest technology trends and selecting the most appropriate technology
- Experience with architectures such as DDD, layered architecture, microservices, etc
- Management experience in leading multiple engineers and driving projects forward
- Experience in business automation and operational efficiency like CI/CD
- Experience as a researcher in information

Monthly salary: 500,000 - 916,000 yen
